The Puck building occupies a block bounded by East Houston, Lafayette, Mulberry and Jersey streets in Manhattan's old printing district. The building was once the home of the humor magazine Puck whose statue remains at the Northeast corner. The opulent first floor is rented for parties and major tenants on upper floors include The Bell Technology Group, Pratt Institute and the New York Press.
